When you use MAATIQ AI, we collect: (a) account email + optional profile name via Supabase Auth; (b) the product information you submit for review (ingredients, labels, claims); (c) usage logs (which reviews, which API calls, token metering).
Review inputs are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) and OpenAI (embeddings only) for the purpose of generating the compliance report you requested. We do not share data with third parties beyond these model providers. We never sell your data.
Your review history is stored in our Supabase database for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion via hello@maatiq.ai at any time; we will remove your data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. For users in the EU, UK, and California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA.
