When you use MAATIQ AI, we collect: (a) account email + optional profile name via Supabase Auth; (b) the product information you submit for review (ingredients, labels, claims); (c) usage logs (which reviews, which API calls, token metering); (d) for reviewer accounts, adjudication records on AI-generated findings (accept/modify/reject decisions, corrected content, and correction rationale).
Review inputs are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) and OpenAI (embeddings only) for the purpose of generating the compliance report you requested. We do not share data with third parties beyond these model providers. We never sell your data.
AI improvement. Adjudication records created on or after 2026-07-06 are used, after de-identification (product names, company names, contact details, and identifiers removed or replaced with irreversible hashes), to improve our AI review models and rules. Underlying submission documents are not used for model improvement. De-identified adjudication data is never shared with other customers or third parties in an identifiable form. Enterprise customers may opt out by written request; see Terms of Service §6 for details.
Your review history is stored in our Supabase database for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion via hello@maatiq.ai at any time; we will remove your data within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. For users in the EU, UK, and California, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA.
