MAATIQ AI provides AI-generated FDA compliance analysis for food, cosmetic, and dietary supplement products. The analysis is an informational tool and is not legal advice nor a substitute for review by a qualified regulatory professional.
While we invest significant effort in prompt engineering, knowledge-base curation, and multi-layer cross-checking, AI outputs may contain errors. Before acting on any analysis — filing with FDA, modifying product formulations, making regulatory representations — you should independently verify critical findings with your own regulatory experts.
MAATIQ AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim liability for product seizures, Warning Letters, civil penalties, or any other consequences arising from FDA or state enforcement actions against your products. You assume full responsibility for your regulatory submissions and product labeling.
Your plan determines the number of reviews per month. Exceeding the limit requires upgrading. Abuse of the service (e.g., reselling our AI output as a standalone product, attempting to reverse-engineer our prompts) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Billing is monthly or annual. We offer a 14-day refund for annual subscriptions if you're not satisfied. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
When reviewers accept, modify, or reject AI-generated findings on the platform, we collect these adjudication records (the decision, corrected content, and correction rationale) to improve our AI review models and rules. Only records created on or after 2026-07-06 (the effective date of this section) are used for this purpose.
Before any such use, records are de-identified: product names, company names, contact details, and identifiers are removed or replaced with irreversible hashes. We do not use the underlying submission documents themselves for model improvement, and de-identified adjudication data is never shared with other customers or third parties in a form that could identify you, your clients, or your products.
Improvements derived from aggregated adjudication data (e.g., better finding accuracy) benefit all platform users. This processing is a condition of using the review workbench. Enterprise customers may opt out of adjudication-data collection by written request to hello@maatiq.ai.
If you delete your account, the link between your identity and past adjudication records is removed within 30 days; already de-identified aggregate data cannot be re-associated with you and may be retained.
We may update these terms; we will notify users via email 30 days before material changes take effect.
